The room included a convenient mini-fridge that guests could use easily, an added benefit for keeping beverages cool during hot days. Cozy communal spaces offered a good spot to unwind with fellow travelers after long sightseeing sessions.
Despite the room’s clean surfaces, dark spots lined the corners of the shower wall and some tiles, somewhat detracting from the overall experience. An uninviting brown rim around the kettle base required cleaning before use, and small flies in the bathroom became a minor annoyance. the radiator was stuck on, leaving the small room too warm for comfort, compounding discomfort during the stay.

who woudl ve believed it? this hotel promised customer service but had NO reception after 7pm! absolutely ridiculous, especially since the air conditioning was inadequate at best, and I was suffocating in the small room. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but then discovered the shower pressure was awful!.

Couples looking for comfort
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Trevi fountain, and the staff were incredibly friendly , always ready to help us with our needs. Our room was very comfortable, with high ceilings and a huge bathroom, we were really impressed by how good it was for a 2-star rated place.
It wasn’t cheap , but was still acceptable for the quality received.

It was a commendable fit for a quick weekend visit in Rome with good value. The bed was decent, but the radiator never turned off, making it a bit uncomfortable. Consider bringing a fan if you're sensitive to heat.

prime location near Trevi Fountain, modern room amenities, easy access to local attractions
Some maintenance issues need addressing!!! The shower didn’t drain properly, and the noise from the lobby was intrusive. More attention to cleanliness and noise control would make for a far better experience!!!

The location near Trevi Fountain made exploring Rome super easy. I walked to major attractions within minutes. The room had a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom size. Air conditioning worked well, a relief during the warm days. Although check-in was a bit confusing with the elevator situation, the staff provided helpful local recommendations. there were cleanliness issues. the shower had some dark spots along the walls. I also noticed a few flies in the bathroom. the towel warmer in my room didn’t function. Despite the minor inconveniences, the proximity to sights really made it worth the visit.

The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from iconic landmarks like the Trevi Fountain. Our room was beautifully designed and equipped with modern amenities, including an in-house Nespresso machine for those early mornings. We loved the cozy communal area that encouraged social interaction with other guests after our nights out.
The check-in process was a bit confusing, as there was often no one at the front desk to assist us.

I had a lovely stay with delicious Nutella and biscuits as a tasty surprise in my room, plus, I enjoyed binge-watching Netflix after a long day exploring! The cozy lounge and game room were perfect for unwinding with friends. Just a heads-up, the shower pressure was a bit low, but it didn't take away from my overall happiness! 😊
